	My name is Nick Nellos, a carpet cleaner since 1993. Like many of you I spent years with several different types of machines and having to constantly repair these machines. Some were poorly engineered so that repairs were a waste of money. Just as bad, some were OVER-engineered so that repairs were darn near IMPOSSIBLE. Owners and operators needed a machine that THEY could fix with a few basic supplies and parts, and have back running right away. Truckmounted machines should be EZ to use and EZ to keep running.
